Guy's Magnets do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, and to store your delivery/contact details to enable us to fulfill your order.

• Take and fulfill customer orders
• We do not record or store bank account details, credit card details or debit card details of any customer. Where a customer provides credit or debit card information by fax, the fax will be shredded immediately after the payment has been processed.
• Administer and enhance the site and services
• Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify our customers of these changes and to provide them with the ability to opt out of the new rules.
