Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be ased for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order.
We accept credit card, UK debit card and PayPal payments online. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company or PayPal will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice.
Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this is not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have shipped the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect, Guy's Magnets shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
If your item is not in stock you will always be emailed to notify you that the item is temporarily unavailable. You will be offered the option to back order the goods, amend the order or to cancel the order for a full refund if you wish.
Our catalogue prices include VAT at the current rate.
Credit and Debit Card payments are taken via PayPal. PayPal use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. Full 128-bit encryption is used between the brower and the PayPal server. Where credit or debit card information is provided by fax, telephne or email, we will still process the payment via PayPal.
If you decide not to proceed with a purchase BEFORE the order has been dispatched, please contact us either via the contact form or using the contact information at the bottom of this page. Orders which have not been paid for will be cancelled immediately. Orders which have been paid for will be refunded in full via PayPal. PayPal do not charge the buyer for a refund. The order will then be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, please see your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations below.
You are entitled to a 7 day 'cooling-off' period under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that if you decide you do not want an item for any reason (other than damaged or faulty goods) you must tell us, in writing, within 7 days (maximum) of receiving your item that you do not want it. You will be asked to return the item to us within another 7 days (maximum) and in the same condition you received it in.
You will be asked to return the goods to us by a postal service which includes sufficient insurance to cover loss or damage and we also recommend that you use a tracking method such as recorded delivery.
Please remember that items may be fragile so make sure that they are re-packed in the original packaging material (where possible) to prevent damage in transit. Failure to adhere to this condition may result in transit damage and this will result in a partial refund.
Refunds will be made via PayPal upon receiving the returned goods.
Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer and this will NOT be refunded.
