  • Magnetic strip is magnetised across the width and is multipolar so that there are alternating bands of North and South polarisation and each band runs the entire length of the strip.
  • The outside edges are magnetically opposites.  To align perfectly, turn one length by 180°
  • Requires direct contact with an iron/steel surface or another length of flexible strip
  • Strong TESA 4965 premium adhesive
  • Backing may be either pink plastic or buff plasticised paper

This isotropic ceramic strip magnet is only magnetized on one side and is multipolar. It can be easily cut with a craft knife or with sharp scissors. It is ideal for craft projects since the unmagnetized surface has a very strong acrylic adhesive backing known as TESA. The adhesive is protected either by a red plastic or a strong plasticised buff paper backing, both of which are easy to peel and keep it dust and fluff free. Simply cut to size, remove the easy to peel backing and stick the magnet directly to your item.

The easy peel backing is great for little hands, fat fingers and short nails!

This strip has a pull of approximately 430 grams for every centimetre (length) to a horizontal soft iron surface. This equates to approximately 106 grams per centimetre on a vertical surface such as a fridge.

This product requires direct contact with a flat steel surface and is ONLY intended for making lightweight fridge magnets.

NOTE: This product is cut from a reel and is sold by the metre.

Matching pair of this product is not required because the outside edges are magnetically different.  To produce a matching pair, cut two lengths and rotate one by 180° before bringing the magnetised faces together.  The strips will align perfectly.
