Our warehouse
We will be closing for our annual stock take and audit at 5pm on Friday 23 May 2014 and we will re-open at 9pm on Saturday 31 May 2014 to allow for a full stock take and audit to be undertaken. This is a tight schedule and to allow the work to be completed speedily we regret that we will not be able to answer any emails or telephone calls during our temporary closure.
New Purchases
Orders purchased and paid for by 12 noon on Friday 23 May 2014 will be dispatched before we close. Orders placed after this will be dispatched on Monday 2 June 2014.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please send us an email and then repackage your return and post them back to us as per our Returns Policy. Refunds will be issued, providing the returned items have been received, on Monday 2 June 2014.
Missing items/Lost in Post
If you suspect your item has been lost in the post please send us an email. We will respond on Monday 2 June 2014.
