Japan finds rare earth

http://tgr.ph/qxaJ7i This article from the Daily Telegraph on 10 July 2011 shows that the world is not sitting idly by while China continues to strangle the trade in Rare Earth Elements. While mining of the Rare Earths from the floor of the Pacific is still a long way off, at least it offers some hope for the future.
