Washi Peg fridge magnets tutorial
We’ve discovered Washi Tape and it’s beautiful! After some discussion, we decided to use it to make pretty peg fridge magnets using some wooden pegs and some neodymium magnets. Neodymium prices
It’s been a little while since we mentioned the price of neodymium. The latest news is that neodymium prices have once again gone up having expereinced nearly 2 months, over the summer, of low prices. The link here shows the latest movement on the prices.
New Rare Earth plant
A Malaysian court has given Australian company Lynas authorisation to start production at a controversial rare earths processing plant. The full story is on the BBC website here.

Latest news on Neodymium prices
The prices of raw neodymium have already fallen since their record high in June and July 2011 and the trend looks set to continue throughout 2012. There will, therefore, be some easing on the prices of magnets, although increases in fuel costs are also having a knock on effect.
